Agency Hub is the CRM and automation product of KMG Web Studio. I designed the interface, wrote the code and run the infrastructure. Agencies and small businesses use it to keep every client, conversation, booking and quote in one place.
Small agencies run client work in five places at once: form e-mails, WhatsApp, a spreadsheet of leads, a shared drive and a calendar. The work gets done, but nobody sees all of it, follow ups slip and clients cannot see what their agency did this month. Agency Hub puts all of it on one timeline per person and gives every client a portal.

How I built it.
Light front end
The panel is written in Preact, so the whole interface loads in a few kilobytes and stays fast on cheap phones.
Edge back end
Cloudflare Workers handle every request close to the user, with D1 for data, R2 for files and Queues for background events.
Workspace isolation
Every record belongs to a workspace and every query is scoped to it, so one client never sees another client’s data.
Privacy by design
Consent records per channel, İYS aware sending, data retention rules and an audit log for each workspace.
